About Us

The three of us truly believe that we've put together one of the strongest teams to lead the CSS. Connor Edwards, Mike Glover and Rohit Bhatia together will lead the Commerce Students' Society by bringing increased public awareness of the great talent that resides the UVic's business school. We will be transparent in all decision making and strive to include feedback and suggests from the entire student body. Within the CSS, we will restructure the organization to bring increased efficiencies. We will fight for better Faculty support for JDC West and other important conferences and competitions.

Connor is a big-picture thinker with creative and innovative ideas. He takes ideas from the entire team and challenges them to justify how their ideas fit into the overall strategic plan. He plans to bring an award-winning culture from WestJet into the UVic Commerce Students' Society. Mike grounds Connor with strong analytical skills and a focus on the issues at hand. He brings to the table industry-relevant experience with both faculty and corporate sponsors. Rohit can network and build lasting strategic partnerships for the Commerce Students' Society as he did for the Society's social events this year. He will exemplify the CSS brand image with a focus on community outreach and giving back.
